Nova Patti Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Nova Patti. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Nova Patti ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using novapatti.app — whether to browse, register, deposit, play, or withdraw — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Nova Patti platform immediately and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes fresh acceptance of the amended version.

Nova Patti operates as an online gaming platform providing real-money games including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Ludo, Poker, Slots, and other formats. All play on the platform involves real Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and carries genuine financial risk. Players are responsible for their own gambling decisions.

To create an account and play on Nova Patti, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Nova Patti does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or play. Players found to be underage will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds returned minus any winnings generated.
• Residency: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited at the time of each gaming session. Nova Patti is designed and marketed primarily for Pakistani players.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal order restricting your ability to enter contracts, you are not eligible.
• One Account: Each person is permitted to hold exactly one Nova Patti account. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through proxies, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from Nova Patti are not eligible to register new accounts during the self-exclusion period.

Nova Patti reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

To play on Nova Patti for real PKR, you must register an account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique password, and accurate personal information. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete.

Nova Patti reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time. Verification may require government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport) and/or proof of address. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawal requests paused until verification is complete.

• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Nova Patti staff will never ask for your password by any means. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at support@novapatti.app. Nova Patti is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
• Account Accuracy: Name, mobile number, and payment details registered on your account must match the documents and payment methods used. Mismatches may delay withdrawal processing.
• Corporate Accounts: Nova Patti is a personal gaming platform. Accounts registered on behalf of companies, groups, or syndicates are not permitted.

Nova Patti accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are available for deposits:

All funds deposited must be from payment methods registered in your own name. Nova Patti does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposited funds that have not been used in any gaming session within 12 months of deposit will be subject to a monthly administrative dormancy fee of Rs 100, deducted from the dormant balance until it reaches zero or the account becomes active again.

Withdrawal of real-money funds from your Nova Patti account is available at any time, subject to the conditions below. Nova Patti aims to process all withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 60 seconds. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 100 for mobile wallets; Rs 500 for bank IBFT and card-based withdrawals.
• Verified Account Required: Withdrawals above Rs 10,000 in any 30-day rolling period require identity verification. Nova Patti will request relevant documents before processing these withdrawals.
• Same Method Rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. This rule exists to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.
• Active Bonus: If you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, the bonus amount is locked until the requirement is met. Only funds above the locked bonus amount are freely withdrawable.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum single withdrawal is Rs 5,00,000. Maximum daily withdrawal is Rs 10,00,000. Higher limits may be available for VIP players upon request.

Nova Patti offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion has specific terms attached. The general rules that apply to all bonuses on the platform are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus amount converts to freely withdrawable real money. The standard requirement is 20x to 25x the bonus amount depending on the specific promotion.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slot games contribute 100% of each wager toward clearing a wagering requirement. Card games and Ludo contribute 80%. Poker contributes 50%. Live dealer games contribute 80%.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active at any time. If a second bonus is credited while one is already active, it queues and activates automatically when the current bonus is cleared or forfeited.
• Win Cap: Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from any single bonus is 5x the original bonus amount (e.g., a Rs 500 bonus has a maximum withdrawal of Rs 2,500).
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of issue, and bonus wagering requirements not completed within 30 days of activation, are automatically forfeited without replacement.
• Abuse: Nova Patti monitors for bonus abuse including low-risk matched betting strategies, exploiting promotional terms, or collusion. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

All games on Nova Patti — both RNG-based and live dealer — are subject to individual game rules displayed within each game interface. These Terms do not override game-specific rules; both apply simultaneously. In the event of any conflict, the game-specific rules prevail for game outcome purposes.

Nova Patti uses independently audited Random Number Generator technology for all non-live games. RNG certification is maintained through periodic third-party audits. Live dealer games use physical card decks and real dealers streamed on verified equipment.

• Malfunctions: If a game malfunctions mid-session due to a software error, the round will be declared void and your stake returned. In the rare event that a malfunction results in an incorrectly displayed winning amount, Nova Patti will correct this and is not obligated to honour the displayed (incorrect) win.
• Disconnection: If you are disconnected mid-game, the platform will complete the round using the decisions made up to the point of disconnection (in card games) or by applying the default auto-play action. Nova Patti is not liable for losses caused by your internet disconnection.
• Player vs Player Games: In games where you play against other users (Poker, Ludo, Rummy), you agree to play in good faith and not to collude with other players to manipulate outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nova Patti. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently suspended, all balances (including any pending withdrawals) forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to make gaming decisions or exploit the platform
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker, Ludo, Rummy, or any other player-versus-player game
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine risk
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to facilitate any financial crime
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Nova Patti staff via any channel including in-game chat
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the platform software for personal gain
• Accessing Nova Patti using another person's account credentials, even with their permission

Nova Patti takes its responsibility to player wellbeing seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable entertainment activity, not a source of financial stress or harm. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits can be reduced immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations or schedule reminders at specified intervals to help you track how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a voluntary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, no deposits can be made and the account is suspended for gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Nova Patti account. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened by the player. This is by design — it ensures the tool works when you need it most.

All content on the Nova Patti platform — including but not limited to game software, user interface designs, logos, graphics, promotional materials, written content, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of Nova Patti or its licensed third-party providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Nova Patti content without prior written permission.

The Nova Patti name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any context — including in usernames, social media handles, or third-party websites — is prohibited.

Nova Patti collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the legal agreement between you and Nova Patti.

In summary, Nova Patti collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Full details, including your data rights under applicable law, are set out in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nova Patti's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Nova Patti is not liable for losses caused by your own gaming decisions, including decisions made under the influence of alcohol, medication, or emotional distress.
• Nova Patti is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on your side.
• Nova Patti is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Nova Patti is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain password security.

Nothing in these Terms limits Nova Patti's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

Nova Patti reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or platform rules — Nova Patti will also send a notification to the mobile number registered on your account at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Continuing to use the platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Historic versions of these Terms are retained and can be requested from support if you have a query about rules that applied during a specific period.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Pakistani law. Any dispute arising from the use of Nova Patti that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution process outlined in the Privacy Policy and these Terms.
